I congratulate the organizers of this workshop for two specific things: I) How to organize workshops with proper planning, selection of the participants representing variety of organisations ? II) How to assess the training needs by using several useful methods. It is also clear that the way things are going on in our country are not satisfactory as evident from the observations of all the four groups. I shall appreciate if the co organizer of this workshop being a training institute at national level sets the ball rolling in the identified direction for organizing training programmes effectively. Congratulations and thanks to Dr.Sasidhar for giving us the details of the workshop.
Congrats Dr. P.V.K. Sasidhar- for your brief and insightful meeting note.
Very good coverage of an important event. Very pertinent issues discussed systematically and way forward thought about. Hope some these points would receive attention in teaching, training and research
